Anand-Kheda District’s first new PET CT Scan now available at Shree Krishna Hospital, Karamsad. In addition to detection of cancer, the technology is also useful in diagnosis of cardiac and neurological conditions.
Shree Krishna Hospital leaped higher in elevating its patient care by inaugurating the state-of-the-art PET CT Scan on 30th April 2024. The PET CT Scan was aptly inaugurated by six little warriors who have battled cancer.
The children were accompanied by their families, and the ribbon cutting was carried out in presence of Chairman of Charutar Arogya Mandal- Shri Atul Patel, Provost of Bhaikaka University - Dr. Utpala Kharod, Members of the Board of Charutar Arogya Mandal - Shri Amit Patel & Shri Jagrut Bhatt, other members of the Board, Registrar Dr. Jyoti Tiwari, Dean of Pramukhswami Medical College. Dr. Himanshu Pandya, Medical Superintendent Dr. Jitesh Desai, Representatives of Elecon Group of Companies, Nuclear Physician Dr. Subramaniam, Head of Radiology Department Dr. Viral Patel, and other staff members.
Shree Krishna Hospital has been one of the very few centres offering complete cancer care under a single roof with the establishment of its cancer centre in the year 2004.
